RE: H-2016-0021 PARAMOUNT SUBDIVISION NO. 31
The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced final plat application for the
Paramount Subdivision No. 31 north of W. McMillian Road and east of N. Linder Road that is south
of US-20/26. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the proposed project and does not require any mitigation.
2. This project does not abut the State highway system.
3. The City is reminded the US-20/26 Corridor is already congested. This project will increase
the number of vehicle trips in the corridor. ITD has no current funding assigned to widen US-
20/26.

Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application as it lies outside of our district boundaries. Please contact Settlers Irrigation at
208-344-2471 or-P.O. Box 7571 Boise, ID 83707.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans.
