RE: H-2016-0017 GOLDEN EAGLE ESTATES SUBDIVISION
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced vacation application for the Golden
Eagle Estates Subdivision located at 3210 S. Eagle Road south of I-84. ITD has the following
comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the vacation.
2. This project does not abut the State highway system.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has no further comment on the above -
referenced application beyond the letter from the District dated December 10, 2015, provided
in these materials.
All laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surfacedaainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District
(NMID) must review drainage plans.
