The Idaho Transportation Department (ITD) has reviewed the referenced annexation, zoning,
comprehensive plan map amendment, conditional use, and preliminary plat application for the Pope’s
Garden at 2662 E. Magic View Drive west of SH-55. ITD has the following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application and does not require any mitigation.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
