A meeting of the Meridian City Council was called to order at 4:30 p.m., Tuesday, January
26, 2016, by Mayor Tammy de Weerd.
Members Present: Keith Bird, Charlie Rountree, David Zaremba Joe Borton and Genesis
Milam, Luke Cavener and Ty Palmer.
Others Present: Bill Nary, Jaycee Holman

Bird: Motion to adopt the agenda.
Borton: Second.
DeWeerd: Motion and a second to approve the agenda. All in favor?
MOTION CARRIED: ALL AYES.
Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 74-206 (a)(f): (a) To consider
hiring a public officer, employee, staff member or individual agent,
wherein the respective qualities of individuals are to be evaluated in
order to fill a particular vacancy or need. This paragraph does not
apply to filling a vacancy in an elective office or deliberations about
staffing needs in general; AND (f) To Consider and Advise Its Legal
Representatives in Pending Litigation
Bird: Motion to go into executive session per Idaho State Cord 74-206 (a)(f).
Borton: Second.
De Weerd: Motion and second to go into executive session.
