RE: H-2016-0008 BROWNING PLAZA TIME EXTENSION
The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced time extension application for the
Browning Plaza located at 505, 521, 615, & 675 Waltman Lane north of I-84. ITD has the following
comments:
1. ITD has no objection to the time extension.
2. No access is requested and none is approved with this application. I-84 is a full access
controlled highway.

Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District , (NMID) has no comment on the above -referenced
application. However, please be advised that NMID's Ten Mile Drain courses through this
property and must be protected. The Ten Mile Drain has a minimum easement of one hundred
feet (100'); fifty feet ,(50') from centerline each direction.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected. All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.
