NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, March 3, 2016 for the purpose of reviewing and
considering the applications H-2016-0006 by Iron Mountain Real
Estate for Amendment to the Comprehensive Plan Future Land
Use Map (FLUM) to change the land use designation on 5.28 acres
of land from Office to Medium High Density Residential;
Annexation and Zoning of 5.28 acres of land from the RUT to the
R-15 zoning district; Preliminary Plat approval consisting of 20
building lots, 4 common lots and 1 other lot on 5.28 acres of land in
the R-15 zoning district; and Conditional Use Permit for a multi-
family development consisting of 78 dwelling units in the R-15 zoning
district for Pope’s Garden located 2662 E. Magic View Drive
33 E. Broadway Ave., Meridian ID 83642

public hearing and the public

than 7 days prior to the hearing
date listed on this notification.
