Dear Jaycee:
Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District (NMID) has a Land Use Change Application currently
on file in the process of review and will withhold further comment until we have finished our
review.
All private laterals and waste ways must be protected, All municipal surface drainage must be
retained on-site. If any surface drainage leaves the site, NMID must review drainage plans.

The Idaho Transportation Department has reviewed the referenced final plat application for the
Sundial Circle Subdivision located at 2250 W. Whitelaw Drive south of US-20/26. ITD has the
following comments:
1. ITD has no objection to this application and does not require any mitigation.
2. This property does not abut the State highway system.
