The Applicant, CITY OF MERIDIAN - POLICE DEPARTMENT, agrees to defend, protect,
indemnify and hold The Sundance Company, and Sundance Investments, L.L.L.P., ("Sundance") their
employees, agents and affiliates harmless from any and all suits, claims, damages, liabilities, or losses,
including attorney fees and costs, for injury to or death of any person(s) or for damage to any property
arising from the Applicant's acts or omissions occurring during, or as a result of, Applicant's use of
VACANT BUILDING AT 2100 S. SILVERSTONE WAY - MERIDIAN, ID 83642 associated with
K-9 POLICE TRAINING EVENT performed JANUARY 27TH THROUGH JANUARY 29TH.
Applicant agrees to the following special conditions:
1. Upon completion of event, premises will be returned to "tour ready" condition and all items
removed, including any refuse.
2. Applicant is financially responsible for any damage or cleaning fees that may result from use
of the vacant premises. The first business day after the event, Sundance staff will inspect the
suite and inform applicant of any damage or pending fees.
In addition, the Applicant specifically agrees to defend, protect, indemnify and hold The Sundance
Company, and Sundance Investments, L.L.L.P., their employees, agents and affiliates harmless from any
and all suits, claims, damages, demands, liabilities, or losses, including attorney fees and costs, brought,
made, or claimed by the Applicant, their contractors, sub -contractors, guests, heirs, successors, or assigns,
arising from the TRAINING EVENT within or about the proposed premises.
