I live on Caldenvood, i purchased mY home here because it was a quiet residential neighborhood. The Idnd of faafity you have approved for this neighborhood will increase the danger to my children, with additional traffic, noise and litter. It will decrease my property value and make it difficuR to sell my properly. I would not have purchased my house on Calderwood if I had known you ~ukl change the zoning of the empty lots from R-4 to R-15. This seems not only unfair but unreasonable. It was my understanding that density could only be changed one step. What happened to your rules? When were they charged? Your deasion to approve an 11 step increase to the zoning is wrong. I am sure there must be places in or around Meridian or Boise that are already zoned for this kind of a project. Put the businesses where the zoning allows for them, don't change the zoning in residential areas to create spots for business. Sandy Adams 368 E Caldervvood Dr Meridian ID 5/11/2004
