I live on Calderwood, I purchased my home here because it was a quiet residential neighborhood. The Idnd of fadfily you have approved for this neighborhood will increase the danger to my children, with additional traffic, noise and litter. It will decrease my property value and make it difficult to sell my properly. I would not have purchased my house on Calderwood if I had known you could change the zoning of the empty lots from R~ to R-15. This seems not onty unfair but unreasonable. It was my understanding that density could onty be changed one step. What happened to your rules? When were they dranged? Your decision to approve an 11 step increase to the zoning is wrong. I am sure there must be places in or around Meridian or Boise that are already zoned for this kind of a project. Put the businesses where the zoning allows for them, donY change the coning in residential areas to create spots for business. Sandy Adams 388 E Calderwood Dr Meridian ID 5/11/2004
