A portion of an adjacent property has now been developed as residential rental property and is in the process of soliciting renters. We, the undersigned, are opposed to the rezoning proposal as it will create far more traffic congestion than would light commercial property, in an area that is already limited in access and heavily congested with traffic. The rezoning would also serve to reduce property values in the surrounding areas of Jericho, Hightower, The Reserve, Arcadia and other adjacent neighborhoods, as multi -family rentals al st always certainly do.
