Staff Report. Also, I want to thank you and the City of Meridian for working with me on this complex project. That said,
the following is a listing of the Conditions of Approval (recommended by Staff) with my agreement and/or response
ahead of the Planning & Zoning Public Hearing.

*1 request that I can make (DA Modification) submittal prior to the City Council Hearing so this
important item can be heard concurrently before Council. This will further my commitment as
