Public Hearing: PP 04-003 Request for Preliminary Plat approval of 2 building lots on 2.7 acres in an I-L zone for Cafarelli Subdivision No. 2 by Shawn Fickes - 1950 West Franklin Road: Rohm: Thanks for that clarification. Okay. That concludes that. We have one item left on our agenda here tonight and it is Public Hearing PP 04-003, request for a Preliminary Plat approval of two building lots on 2.7 acres in an I-L zone for Cafarelli Subdivision No. 2 by Shawn Fickes, 1950 West Franklin Road and that project was not properly noticed and so we will not be continuing it, it will have to be renoticed and we will more than likely include it on the April 29"' P&Z meeting, but until it's been properly noticed, we can't add it to any agenda. That one we will just have to wait and see if it's properly noticed. I think that's it. Moe: Mr. Chair, I move we adjourn. Newton-Huckabay: I second that.
