L � ,a U NOV 2 20151 Reference: Easy Jet/Eagle Rd apartment Development...'OPPOSITION ' Kindly note: We are NOT in favor of P&Z allowing additional apartment buildings on the above property in order to compensation for the loss of the architects/ builders 3 story original request. Density of this property already is a HUGE issue! 1) Density in this area ....................No additional apartment buildings please! 2). Not enough parking spaces allotted ......... Recommend 2 parking spaces for each Apartment! Since there are some 3 bedrooms housing 3-4 adults, DENSITY is a HUGE issue! They will all have cars or trucks! We should all recognize that each apartment will have two cars PLUS. EASY JET does not allow for on Street parking! Traffic a HUGE issue! 3) Current office space in area( Easy Jet and Eagle) already is overcrowded in parking plus American Insurance, a big building, is being built and an additional building is up for rent. 4). Architecturally: Kindly require that all building conform to the SUTHERLAND FARMS Covenants, Conditions, and Restrictions.! Conclusion: Too much DENSITY! Kindly view this area of EAGLE ROAD as high TRAFFIC! EASY JET does not allow for additional parking or traffic.... not enough parking provided for Occupancy of proposed development.
