Attached is an updated site plan and open space exhibit for Village Apartments. We are now at 94,000sf with the UDC
requiring 84,000sf (we exceed the requirement by 10.6%).
I have moved the garages over in the southwest corner which provides more openness to the south 6,101sf located near
those garages. It is important to keep in mind that the phase 2 commercial will be adjacent to this 6,101sf with open
space and parking lot and will continue to keep this area open. However, I continue to reread the definition of open
space and this area qualifies with no doubt in our minds.
