With regards to the proposed Meridian development at the corner of Eagle and Easy Jet, emails and
letters have been received by your office objecting to this project from the many sub-divisions
surrounding the area, and as a resident of Sutherland Downs, located across the street from the
proposed development, I would like to take this opportunity to add my name to the list of those
objecting to the project as it stands.
So as not to be redundant and/or reiterate all the reasons for my objection...they clearly have been
voiced over and over at previous meetings (i.e. structures that fit with the exisiting neighborhood,
liabilities incurred with project of this size, substantial increase in traffic, parking problems, property
values,quality of living conditions for those current residents, and on and on).
Thank you for your time and consideration in reevaluating the proposed plan to meet some kind of
compromise... families bought homes in this area based on certain zoning and building requirements
and now that is being jeopardized by trying to restructure the zoning.
