Subject: EASY JET SUBDIVISION
City Council - I would like to state my opposition to the 3 story apartment complex in the Easy Jet
Subdivision. Homeowners in this area have been restricted to 2 story dwellings so seems unfair to allow
apartments to now dominate our area. I pay association dues to maintain our grounds and with the
apartments in such close proximity it would be easy to take advantage of our grounds. If you must allow
apartments please accept the Commissions recommendation to reduce apartments to 2 story. Thank you
