Subject: Proposed Easy Jet Apartment Complex
We live in the Sutherland Downs subdivision. Some of our concerns are listed below:
Decrease in our property values
The increase in an already congested traffic flow
The long distance to nearest bus stop
Use of our private parks and paths
Over crowded schools
Our liability if an uninvited person should get injured on our property
3 story buildings are out of place in the neighborhood
Our loss of privacy
We thank you for taking our concerns into consideration while making this difficult decision.
