Rezoning for Easy Jet Subdivision by Reginald Jones
Dear Mayor and Council Members,
As you know, Planning and Zoning have recommended downsizing the plans submitted to them by
limiting the apartments to 2 levels, and a total of 64 units and maintaining the balance of the plans as
submitted.
I personally feel that the proposal should be kept at the committee’s proposal as a maximum. The
proposal is still larger than the surrounding residential area density by quite a bit. I believe this will
cause some traffic problems and will also could cause some additional traffic hazards to the children
already living in the neighborhood plus the new ones in the apartments.
So please do not let the developer put in the original planned development and also consider reducing
the plan proposed by Planning and Zoning.
