NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN that the Planning & Zoning
Commission of the City of Meridian will hold a public hearing at
Meridian City Hall, 33 E. Broadway Ave, Meridian, Idaho at 6:00
p.m. on Thursday, November 5, 2015 for the purpose of reviewing
and considering the applications AZ 15-012 by DevCo for
Annexation and Zoning of 0.38 of an acre of land with a C-G
zoning district located 2700 N. Eagle Road AND CUP 15-019 for
Conditional Use Permit for a multi-family development consisting
of 336 dwelling units on 16.68 acres of land in a C-G zoning district
located 2600 N. Eagle Road for Village Apartments
