The message is as follows:
Ln reference to the application of Packard Estates Development, LLC to be
considered at the public hearing on 18 May 2009, I recoffinend disapproval
of the variance request for a reduction to the front setback to 13.55 feet
fox the existing house on Lot 21, Block 5 fox proposed Packard Acres
Subdivision No. 3. This home is already not in compliance with the CC&R's
for the subdivision. The only reason a variance is being requested is
because the owner is one of the developers (Craig Groves). The developer,
as all home owners in Packard Estates, should be required to comply with
the CC&R'e. If he lived in the sub-division, I'm sure he would not
approve of this home on lot 21, Block 5 and certainly would not be
requesting a variance. This home should be removed. Thank you for your
consideration on this matter.
