Just like the crook who is building the Centennial Storage on Eagle Road. They promise the world and deliver nothing! They don't play by your rules or Laws! He wants you to change the Zoning to R-40 without a good reason other than money. they want to put too many people in a small area - apartments! They are not following the "Density Formula!" They are trying to create a geto herein Meridian and you are letting them ! This must stop! There is also privately owned and maintained Park in Sutherland Farm subdivision That they want to use without paying for the maintenance and the liability insurance. This is not right!
