Subject: EASY JET Subdivision Project
As stated earlier on our signed petition we recognize the owner's right to develop their property , but we are
requesting that the project would be more cohesive and enhance the surrounding developed properties. Also as
indicated a good fit would be single family homes, patio homes, town homes, condominiums, senior
apartments or houses, duplexes or four -plexus, etc.
We currently live in Southerland Downs, and today my main concern with this project is where is the Property
Management office for these apartment buildings and how well will the property and site be kept up. I feel
very concerned about these apartment buildings, because my experience with rental properties is far from what
we were told. The concerns such as noise, parking, cleanliness and up kept of properties is not dealt with
unless there is a property manager on site. And in the plan I did not see any means for an office of any kind. In
our subdivision across the street Southland Downs, we are mostly retired people in this area, and have saved
most of our lives to be living in houses and an area that is safe, quiet, clean and well kept.
And I ask that you please take in consideration all the issues and concerns that our neighbors have stated in
writing and all the possibilities proposed at this planning and zoning meeting on Thursday, October 15, 2015.
