Subject: Revised Easy Jet Subdivision Application

Once again we wish to reiterate our opposition to the proposed apartments
on the south side of Easy Jet at Eagle Road. We would prefer to see patio
or town homes at this location as they would be far more compatible with
the surrounding upscale subdivisions. If the developer is so set on
building apartments, why doesn't he buy some lots on the west side of
Eagle Road towards Mountain View High? There are already a lot of
apartments there and plenty of vacant lots to build more. The Easy Jet
property is clearly not suitable for the proposed development.
We have attached a copy of our original letter concerning this
project. Our feelings have not been changed by the latest revision.
