The City and MDC Board are having the downtown business association get together to talk about the scope and partnerships and who is doing what as the project moves into design. Last week ACHD had a work session with staff and the project manager to revise the scope for an approval to do a full rebuild of Pine; staff will be back to the next meeting with more details. Caleb mentioned that the interchange task force will be meeting in July with ITD staff. There are some new elements that the city is stepping up to help make the interchange more attractive with some landscaping, a design feature on the barrier rail, and a "welcome" sign that is similar to the reader board sign that is out on Meridian Road at city hall. (Toni Tisdale arrived) b. Roadway Lighting Letter Follow-up Austin Petersen shared a revised letter that addressed the recommendations and request of the Commission.
