The City of Meridian is opting to extend this contract for an additional one year. This is the second year of the 3
(three) one year optional extensions. Weschem will guarantee product pricing at 0.15/lb for an additional 12 months.
Pricing includes service if needed. See attached email.

Dear Laurelei:
This letter will serve to confirm pricing for extending Bid No. PW -13-0659e for ferric chloride.
Weschem Inc. will guarantee pricing for this product at $0.15l1b. for a contract extension period of
12 -months. The ferric chloride is stocked locally in Nampa, ID. Normal lead time is 3-5 days, with
emergency shipments being available.
