You are invited to attend a neighborhood meeting for a proposed mixed use development on
Wednesday, June 10 at 6:00 p.m., at the Spalding Elementary, 12311 W Braddock Df, Boise, ID.
The property owner of the project site, located on the south east corner of Easy Jet Dr and
Eagle Road is proposing to rezone the property from R-4 (Medium -Low Density Residential) to
L-O & R-15 (Limited Office & Medium -High Density Residential) with a conditional use permit
for multi -family housing, which matches the area's approved master plan and the City of
Meridian Comprehensive Plan. This development will be subdivided into approximately 6 lots

Open space and amenities consistent with mixed -use development requirements will also be
provided as part of the project. The project will take access from Easy Jet Street and will be
served with public sewer and water systems adjacent to the project. The presentation will start
promptly at 6:00 p.m.
