Powell: Members of the Council, I think I was using the wrong terminology. It would not be
bonding, it would be a surety or a let6er of credit is what we usually take for those.

Bird: I move that we approve MI 04-003, Sparrowhawk Subdivision and incorporate staff and
applicant testimony and I'm sure that Mr. Nichols can put it in the right words.
Rountree: I wil I second that.
De Weerd: Okay. Well, we look forward to the findings. Any further comments?

Planned Development to allow for amulti-family development consisting of 1 tri-
plex and 2 four-plexas with reduced street front~e, setbacks and minimum lot
width requirements in an R-15 zone for Trov Place Subdivision by PPN, LLC

noticed?
Nichols: Madam Mayor, not necessarily, but you already have one on the floor and it's not
inappropriate to specifically addre~ it, since it was on your agenda.
De Weerd: Okay. It's been moved and seconded to table Items 18 and 19 to the proper posting
date.
