Request for aOne-Year Time Extension for Finishing Construction and
Recording of the Gemtone Center Subdivision No. 5 Final Plat, by Engineering
Solutions, LLP (File No. TE-04-0O1).
We have reviewed the above-referenced submittal and offer the following commerns, as
conditions of the applicant. These conditions shall be considered in full, unless expressly
modified or deleted by motion of the Meridian City Council.
APPLICATION SUMMARY & BACKGROUND
The applicant, Engineering Solutions, LLP, has requested approval of a one-year time extension
for finishing construcxion and recording the Final Plat for Gemtone Center Subdivision No. 5.
The final plat consisted of 7 building lots and 2 common lots on 12.08 acres in an I-L zone.
The Final Plat was approved by City Council on 5/27/03. The applicant has submitted their
request for a time extension within one year of the original approval, as required by MCC 12-3-
8.
LOCATION
The property is located approximately'/z mile south of E. Fairview Ave. and'/z mile west of N.
Eagle Rd., in the east'/2 of Section 8, T.3N. R.IE.

Planning and Zoning staff recommends approval of the requested one-year time extension of the
Final Plat for Gemtone Center Subdivision No. 5.
