Scope of work to include the following: (1) Provide and install (9 ea.) Type II City of Meridian street lights, consisting of a 25 ft. anchor base pole mounted on reinforced concrete base (flush) with 100 watt high pressure sodium shoebox type light fixture. (2) Provide and install (1 ea.) Type I City of Meridian street light, consisting of a 30 ft. anchor base pole with 8 ft. cobra arm and 250 watt high pressure sodium fixture, mounted on a reinforced concrete base. Pole, arm, and fixture to be black in color. (3) Provide and install (3 ea.) decorative Sun Valley cast aluminum street lights, each provided with a 100 watt high pressure sodium light fixture, to be mounted in the center islands at the McMillan entry. Each of these decorative street lights will be mounted on a 30" x 30" rectangular reinforced concrete base, raised 30" out of the ground, and set on a 24" diameter x 5 ft. deep footing. These raised bases are intended to be covered with stone facing, similar to those bases in the entry at Meridian Rd. and Producer Ave. The stone veneer is to be performed by others, not a part of this bid. (4) Provide a City of Meridian specification dual meter controller cabinet, with main bkr., circuit bkrs., definite purpose contactors, bypass switch, and photo control. Provide approximately 75 ft. of 2" conduit in 36" trench to provide underground service entrance for the metered cabinet. This cabinet will provide power to the city street lights and to the tower lights and outlets. (5) Provide approximately 1500 ft. of trench, conduit, wire, and backfill to tie to Idaho Power services, along with associated City of Meridian ground service junction boxes. (6) Provide approximately 225 ft. of sleeving across the roadway and between islands to connect street lights and towers. A sleeve will also be provided across the entry at N. Fox Run Way to accommodate future street lights along the McMilland Rd. frontage, this sleeve was requested by City of Meridian. (7) Provide City of Meridian electrical permit. Note: Pending final approval of street light design by City of Meridian. Labor and Materials -41.1c Bid 42: Towers, Landscape, and Signage (1) Provide and install (8 ea.) sand cast alumininum wall sconce fixtures, set on a bracket arm with medalion base plate, to be mounted on the four tower structures in a similar fashion to those on the Meridian Rd. and Producer Ave. entry. These are a commercial grade fixture similar to those on the Linder Rd. entry and the Chinden entry. (2) Provide (3 ea.) GFCI outlets mounted on garden posts, one for the center island towers, and one each for the west and east side towers. Extend 120 volt power from the metered cabinet to these outlets. (3) Provide connection to a 120 volt'back lighted' monument sign at the front entry. Sign and light fixture to be provided by others.
