Alloway Electric is pleased to offer the following proposal for the street lighting at Whitebark Subdivisiion it is
based on our conversation and the prints you provided. Since the print you gave me has pole numbers I will
assume the City of Meridian has approved it. Below is a general description of work to be performed.
➢ Provide and install (6) 25' 4" square anchor base poles
Y Provide and Install (6)100watt FPS shoe box light fixture with photo cell
➢ Provide and install (6) concrete pole bases for above poles with anchor bolts
Y Provide and install (5) rate 40 Idaho Power services
One lot raceways, conductors, terminations and miscellaneous materials
> One lot excavation and back fill
Total cost labor and materials $19,995.00
Note: Poles and heads are 8 to 10 week out

Dear Brad:
Syringa Landscape, (RCE # 28069) is pleased to provide a landscape and irrigation proposal for the
above referenced project. Our price is based on plans by: South Landscape Architecture, sheets
L1.0 -L1.3,& L2.0 dated 3-21-14.
LUMP SUM: $ (See Breakout)
Clarifications:
1) All grades are to be received by Syringa Landscape, Inc. at ± 1/10 foot of sub -grade and to be
free of weeds and debris. The import or export of Topsoil or rock is excluded. Additionally
the placing of onsite topsoil is excluded.
2) Providing electrical service (110V) and connection of the irrigation controller(s) is to be done
by others. Provision of temporary power by 5yringa is excluded.
3) An access for installation of sleeving to be provided for Syringa. Syringa excludes coring,
boring, cutting, and/ or patching.
4) The provision and installation of water meters, construction and maintenance water will be by
others; water development costs will also be assumed by others and are not the responsibility
of Syringa.
5) Engineering, layout, permits, and any other fees will be borne by others.
6) Syringa will provide one move -in for sleeving and one move -in for landscape and irrigation only.

7) Syringa's proposal does not include any cost provision for overtime that is a result of
factors other than those caused by Syringa Landscapes, Inc.
8) Syringa Landscape, Inc. cannot assume responsibility for any "natural peril" which
may prove detrimental to the irrigation system or postpone completion of job; i.e.
drought, freeze or frost, animal damage, vandalism, or similar conditions beyond the
control of Syringa.
9) 5yringa Landscape reserves the right to delay or postpone any phase of project due
to weather conditions or adverse site conditions.
10) Any and all hardscape, 6' solid vinyl fence and 8 ft. Turf Strips in front of
Properties are excluded. are excluded.
11) Landscape maintenance is excluded; however, Syringa Landscapes, welcomes the
opportunity to price the landscape maintenance for the site, if desired.
