A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, SETTING FORTH CERTAIN
FINDINGS AND PURPOSES; PROVIDING FOR THE TERMINATION OF THE
AGENT OF RECORD DESIGNATION FOR THE CITY OF MERIDIAN.
WHEREAS, Mayor Robert D. Corrie, on December 27,2001 designated Ron Torres as
Agent of Record for the City of Meridian for the employee benefits insurance; and
WHEREAS, Mayor Tammy de Weerd and the City Council have deemed it expedient
and in the best interests of the City of Meridian to terminate the appointment of Ron Torres as
Agent of Record for the City of Meridian.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE MAYOR AND CITY
COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF MERIDIAN, IDAHO as follows:
1. The designation of Ron Torres as Agent of Record for the City of Meridian for
employee benefits insurance is terminated effective with the date ofthis Resolution.
