Dear Mr. Rountree: I find that your request for a property boundary adjustment on the property referenced above complies with Unified Development Code (UDC) 11-613-8. I am granting approval of the property boundary adjustment as requested by the applicant subject to completion of the following conditions per UDC 11 -6B -8C2: a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded; b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as approved; c. This lot line identified as bearing S 75° 38' 13° E and 112.97 feet long is between lot 71 and 72 of the subject subdivision. The adjustment requested is to move this lot line south and parallel of the current lot line approximately one foot. This adjustment will accommodate the underground irrigation system, landscaping and the maintenance of same that is provided by the owner of lot 71.
