We have previously been approved by council for a 2 foot vacation of easement as per VAC06- 012. To fulfill the requirements of the UDC, a four foot (3.93 ft) setback on Lot 16 and Lot 15, Block 12 will be met by adjusting the property boundaries. Lot 16 will be increased by 1' on its easterly property boundary and Lot 15 will be reduced by 1' on the westerly boundary. All parties involved have worked very hard to come to this agreement and both property owners have given there consent to this boundary adjustment. Brighton Homes is completing the work required to comply with the conditions set forth by council and in cooperation with homeowners of Lot 15; Block 12 in regard to the vacation of the easement and has bonded with the city for the completion of that work.
