This letter is to confirm the tentative approval of the property boundary adjustment application for the subject
property.
In accord with UDC 11 -6B -8C.2, the applicant or owner shall have one (1) year to complete the following tasks:
a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded;
b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as approved;
c. Obtain new tax parcel numbers from the Ada County assessor; and
d. Provide copies of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new tax parcel numbers to the
Planning Department.
Upon determination by the Director that the final property boundary adjustment is in conformance with UDC
11-613-8, a letter of approval will be issued. If you should have any further questions regarding this matter,

Dear Mr. Parsons,
On behalf of my Client Touchmark LLC, please accept this application for a Property
Boundary Adjustment in an L -O and C -G zoning. This site is located at 4037 E
Clocktower Lane; the total acreage for the Property Boundary Adjustment is 113.71 acres.
This application has been submitted in accordance with the requirements of the City of
Meridian's Zoning Ordinance and the Unified Development Plan.
This application is taking seven (7) parcels, and adjusting them into six (6) parcels,
reasoning for the property boundary adjustment is to consolidate the residential areas into
one (1) parcel, and allocate the other parcels for financing reasons. This is also to correct
existing boundaries of the subject property for future rezoning and development in the
future.

WITNESSETH:
FOR VALUE RECEIVED, the GRANTOR has granted, conveyed, bargained and sold,

GRANTEE, its successors and assigns, that the GRANTEE shall enjoy the quiet and peaceful
possession of the Premises; and (b) GRANTOR warrants to the GRANTEE, its successors and
assigns, that GRANTOR is the owner of said Premises in fee simple and has the right and
authority to convey the same to GRANTEE, and GRANTOR will defend the GRANTEE's title
