We have reviewed the recommendations for the City Council meeting of May 4, 2004, and have
the following responses:
ANNEXATION AND ZONING COMMENTS
1. The applicant will comply.
2. The applicant will coanply, with the deletion of the requirement for a design of the
Idaho Power Company site to be submitted for review and approval prior to
Council action on the annexation (Planning & Zoning Commission
recommendation).
