We have reviewed the recommendations for the City Council meeting of May 4, 2004, and have
the following responses:
ANNEXATION AND ZONING COMMENTS
1. The applicant will comply.

Idaho Power Company site to be submitted for review aad approval prior to
Council action on the anaezaaon (Planning & Zoning Commission
recommendation).
