We have reviewed the recommendations for the Ciry Council meeting of May 4, 2004, and have
the following responses:
ANNEILATION AND ZONING COMMENTS
The applicant will comply.

Idaho Power Company site to be submitted for review and approval prior to
Council action on the annexation (Planning & Zoning Commission
recommendation).
