I find that your request for a property boundary adjustment on the property referenced above complies with Unified
Development Code, (UDC) 11 613-8. I am granting approval of the property boundary. adjustmemns requested by the,

a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded;
b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as approved;
c. Obtain new tax parcel numbers from -the Ada County Assessor; and,
d. "Provide copies of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new tax parcel numbers to the
Director. Upon receipt of these items the application shall be complete.
e. The applicant or owner has one year to complete the above conditions of approval.

R7288000081, R7288000091, R7288000100, R7288000110, S1224120837 located in the
southeast comer of S. Stoddard Road and W. Overland Road.
Dear Mr. Prather:
I find that your request for a property boundary adjustment on the property referenced above complies
with Unified Development_ Code (UDC) 11.6$-8. Although you meet Meridian's UDC standards, you are
not completely finished with the process, therefore I am granting approval of the property boundary
adjustment as requested by the applicant subject to completion of the following conditions per UDC 11-
6B -8C2:
a. Cause the property to be surveyed and a record of survey recorded with the Ada County
Assessor's Office. The Assessor's office is located at 190 East Front Street, Suite 107, Boise,
Idaho they can be reached by phone at 208-287-7200 if you have additional questions.
b. Execute and record the necessary deeds to accomplish the property boundary adjustments as
approved;
c. Obtain new tax parcel numbers from the Ada County Assessor; and,
d. Provide copies of the recorded record of survey, recorded deeds, and the new tax parcel
numbers to the Planning Director. Upon receipt of these items the application shall be
complete.
e. The applicant or owner has one year to complete the above conditions of approval.
