We have received your Plan Review Checklist letter of May 9, 2014 and have modified the plans
to meet the City of Meridian's requirements as follows.
Sheet 5.1: Water & Sewer Plan & Profile
1. Checklist Item 910 has been addressed.
2. Checklist Item 926 has been addressed.
3. Size of Manhole (48") has been noted — Provided in note about slope and length calculation
methodology (typ. all sewer sheets).

4. Checklist Item 410 has been addressed.
5. Checklist Item #26 has been addressed.
6. Keynote added referring to Water Note 3.
7. Keynote added referring to Water Note 2.
Sheet 5.3: Water & Sewer Plan and Profile
8. Redline comments about water separation have been addressed.
9. Checklist Item #8 has been addressed.
10. An easement for the access road is in progress. The surveyor is currently writing up a legal
and exhibit. I will deliver the legal and exhibit upon their completicn. Scott Noriyuki, our
developer will collect signatures when the easement is ready.
Sheet 6.1: Pressure Irrigation & Street Lighting Plan
11. Street lights changed to `Type 2' with maximum 220' spacing.
