We have reviewed the recommendations for the May 4, 2004 City Council meeting and have the

Bridgetower Crossing Subdivision No. 2.

2. The private drive from Bridgetower to the site is installed. The applicant will
improve the parlring lot and drive aisle after construction. of the building and prior
to occupancy.

3. The applicant respectfully requests that construction of the parking lots be a
condition of occupancy, not prior to issuance of the Certificate of Zoning
Compliance. City Ordinance does not contain a provision requiring parking lat
improvements to be completed prior to Certificate of Zoning Compliance. Heavy
equipment used in construction of the buildings could possibly destroy the paved
surface.
