Dear Dinea,
In response to your June 13, 2014 comment letter, we have revised the plan set and
support documentation per your request. Please find attached the requested copies of
the revised plan sheets. If you have any questions during your review of the plan
revisions please call. I may be reached at 208-846-9600.
The following is a brief explanation on how we responded to your comments. We have
used the same reference numbering system used in your comment letter. Your original
comments are listed below in italics with our responses following.
LEI Response:
5. City of Meridian Standard notes have been updated.
8. Not for Construction stamp has been removed.
10. An additional Fire hydrant has been added north of the proposed building.
23. Backflow prevention devices have been called out and referenced to the mechanical
plans.
50. Added note showing connection to the existing pressure irrigation system for the
Nola Subdivision. A letter from the owner will also be provided.
69. Drainage facility cross section has been updated.
72. Roof drainage shall splash block and sheet flow to the proposed storm drainage
facilities in the parking area. A note has been added to the plan.
79. Drainage facility cross section has been updated.
81. Note added for contractor to apply hydro seed to temporary storm drainage pond.
84. A street light plan has been added to the submittal for your review.
