Please find enclosed the following:
1. Two sets of the revised construction drawings for The Oaks South Subdivision No. 2.
2. Your redline set.
3. The check for QLPE review. Check number 6354 for $500.00. Please send to QLPE as soon as
you have reviewed them.
The Pressure Irrigation Operation and Maintenance Manual for The Oaks South Subdivision No. 1 and No.
2 was just submitted with The Oaks South Subdivision No. 1. I am enclosing the 11"x 17 pressure
irrigation construction drawings to put in the report.
The following addresses the "mark need items" of the plan review checklist:
1-3. Were checked okay.
4. Thomas Coleman was added to the title sheet as the contact person.
5-8. Were checked okay.
9. Plans are enclosed.
10. The size of the off-site water line was added. Sorry about that.
11-20. Were checked okay.
21. The water services were moved per your redline.
22-51. Were checked okay.
52. The pressure irrigation will be privately owned. The Homeowner's Association will operate and
maintain the system. The secondary source is an existing well. The Operation and Maintenance
Manual was submitted with The Oaks South Subdivision No. 1.
53-60. Were checked okay.

61-82. Were marked N.A.
83. A street light plan will be provided as soon as we can get the Idaho Power plan. Until then, the
street lights are shown on the street sheets. I spoke with Austin about this and sent him an e-mail
from Vic Steelman of Idaho Power who stated that they had not completed their design yet. I
believe Austin was going to allow the pre -con without the street light plan.
84. The easements will be provided as soon as they are completed and prior to the pre -con,
85. The inspection fees will be paid as soon as we get the amount. Please send them to me as soon as
you can.
86-89. All items will be provided prior to scheduling the pre -con.
90. A US Army Corps of Engineers 404 Permit is not required for this project.
91. The developer has already applied for the NPDES Permit as required. The NOI has been filed.
