Dear Denny:
We have completed our initial review of the plans for the aforementioned project. Discrepancies were noted during
this review:
Sheet 14
1. In the profile view, insert in both "Cover over sewer...." Notes the sheet number to see the sewer note # 5.
2. In the plan view, add keynote Number 2 to the water service crossings over the sewer line to lots2 and 19
bordering S Pioneer Trail Avenue and lot 18.
3. The keynote # 2 adjacent to Lot 2 near the lines to the future dressing rooms does not point at the sewer
service crossing of the water line. Please correctly identify the crossing with the keynote.
Sheet 15
1. In the upper plan view at corner of S. Tempest Trail Way, remove duplicate keynote # 6 pointing to the
hydrant.
2. Water service line crossings in the lower plan view of E. Lodge Trail Drive need insertion of Keynote # 2 at
the line to lots 7, 5, 3 and 2 (from left to right).
3. Adjust keynote for the elbow near the sewer line crossing to lot 9 on the north side of E. Lodge Trail Drive.
It does not appear to be called out as to the type of angle.
We will retain all sets of plans issued to our office by the City, and return a redline copy with the approved plans. At
the design engineers request a redline set of plans will be provide prior to the final approval. We will complete our
review upon receipt of new plan sheets. Please contact me if you have any questions.
