NOTICE OF RESCISSION AND CANCELLATION
OF
AGREEMENT FOR EXTENSION OF DOMESTIC WATER AND SEWER
OUTSIDE MERIDIAN CITY LIMITS AT 286 N BLACK CAT ROAD, MERIDIAN IDAHO 83642
WHEREAS, On the Fourth day of June, 2014, the City of Meridian (City) entered into an Agreement with Jenean
Hatch (Hatch) regarding the extension of domestic water and sewer service to the above -captioned address,
identified as Ada County Parcel Number 51210336015 and legally described as PAR #6015 OF SW4SW4 SEC 10
3N IW; and,
WHEREAS, the Agreement between City and Hatch was recorded as Ada County Instrument No. 114045763; and,
WHEREAS, Hatch installed a new subsurface sewage disposal service under permit by the Central District Health
Departmment and Hatch has not hooked up to City water and sewer and has no need to do so at this time; and,
WHEREAS, City and Hatch are executing this Rescission document because the Agreement is no longer necessary
and Hatch is seeking a refund of funds paid to City in anticipation of connecting to City water and sewer.
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the premises, the Agreement described above is hereby rescinded and
cancelled by mutual agreement of the Parties.
