The site received Conditional Use Permit (CUP -13-005), Certificate of Zoning Compliance (CZC-13-097) and Design Review (DES -13-091) approval in 2013. Individual buildings and projects within the site also received Certificate of Zoning Compliance and Design Review approvals as they were completed (CZC-13-102, DES -13-094; CZC-13-101, DES -13-093, CZC-13-119; DES -13-110, CZC-13-116; DES -13-108, CZC-13-118; DES -13-109). The property is subject to a development agreement (instrument 4113041512). A copy of these approvals may be obtained by submitting a public records request through the City Clerk's Office or at www.meridiancity.org. • Meridian City Code can be found by visiting http://www.sterlingeodifiers.com/codebook/index.php?book id=306. • To the best of my knowledge the site is not in any special, restrictive, or overlay district. • To the best of my knowledge the site does not have any legal non -conforming issues, nor any building or zoning violations. • Documents regarding the subject property are available through a records request at the Meridian City Clerk's Office.
