In response to your request for zoning verification for the properties located at 3100 and 3120 E
Florence Street, please note the following:
• These properties are located within the corporate boundaries of the City of Meridian and
are currently zoned I-L: light industrial.
• There are no outstanding code enforcement violations.
• Documents regarding the subject properties are available through a records request at the
Meridian City Clerk's Office.
Staffs failure to cite specific provisions of the Unified Development Code, or existing
conditions of approval associated with the subject property, does not relieve the Applicant of
responsibility for compliance.
