The property is located on Lots 13 and 14 of Taylor Subdivision, Meridian.
2. The owners of record of the subject property are Larry and Becky Palmer.
3. Applicants are the owners, Larry and Becky Palmer.
4. The subject property is within the city limits of the City of Meridian.
5. The entire parcel of the property is included within the Meridian Urban Service Planning
Area as the Urban Service Planning Area is defined in the Meridian Comprehensive Plan.
6. The application requests the vacation of existing sewer easements that cross the
properties.
No other properties tie into the sewer lines contained in the subject easements.
8. There are no significant or scenic features of major importance that affect the
consideration of this application.
RECOMMENDATION
The Meridian Planning and Zoning Commission hereby recommends to the City Council
of the City of Meridian that they approve the vacation as requested by the applicant subject to the
following:
A. Adopt the Recommendation of the Planning and Zoning and Engineering staff as follows:
1. Prior to issuance of a Certificate of Zoning Compliance on the subject properties (listed
in the application form), the applicant shall submit evidence that the requested vacation
has been approved by all required agencies and authorities.

B. Adopt the Recommendation of the Nampa & Meridian Irrigation District as follows:
1. The Rutledge Lateral courses along the north boundary of this property with a recorded
easemem. This easement must remain protected and any encroachment without a signed
License Agreement is unacceptable.
