The phasing boundary for the two phases proposed for the subdivision has changed; however, staff has no objection to the change. The second phase is being processed concur-ently with this phase and includes the 5 lots on the southern portion of the property on the east boundary currently involved in a property line dispute. The applicant wishes to process these separately in case of a delay in settling the boundary dispute.
