Members Present: Mayor Tammy de Weerd, Charlie Rountree, Genesis Milam, Joe Borton, Luke Cavener, and Keith Bird. Absent: David Zaremba Others Present: Ted Baird, Jacy Jones. I will go ahead and start this evening's meeting. For the record it is Tuesday, April 21St. I will start with roll call attendance, Madam Clerk. Item 2: Adoption of the Agenda De Weerd: Item No. 3 is adoption of the agenda. Rountree: I move we adopt the agenda. Bird: Second. De Weerd: I have a motion and a second to adopt the agenda as stated. All those in favor say aye. All ayes. Motion carried. MOTION CARRIED: FOUR AYES. ONE ABSENT. Bird: I move we go into Executive Session per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(a). Milam: Second. De Weerd: A motion and a second to go into Executive Session, roll call vote. Roll Call Vote: Bird, aye; Cavener, aye; Zaremba, aye, Milam, aye; Borton, aye. MOTION CARRIED: FOUR AYES. ONE ABSENT. Meridian City PreCouncil April 21, 2015 Page 2 of 2 Item 3: Executive Session Per Idaho State Code 67-2345 (1)(a): (a) To Consider Hiring A Public Officer, Employee, Staff Member Or Individual Agent, Wherein The Respective Qualities Of Individuals Are To Be Evaluated In Order To Fill A Particular Vacancy Or Need. This Paragraph Does Not Apply To Filling A Vacancy In An Elective Office Or Deliberations About Staffing Needs In General EXECUTIVE SESSION: (5:01 to 6:03 p.m.) De Weerd: Okay. I would entertain a motion to come out of Executive Session. Rountree: So moved. Bird: Second. De Weerd: We have a motion and a second. All in favor say aye? Any opposed?
